Cheesy Gnocchi Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. gnocchi
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ lb. frozen chopped greens
  • 1 24oz. jar pasta sauce
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add the gnocchi, cooking until they float.
  2. Drain the gnocchi in a colander.
  3. Mince the garlic and sauté it in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add the drained gnocchi to the skillet and sauté until golden brown on the outside.
  5. Pour in the pasta sauce and add the frozen chopped greens, stirring to combine and heating through.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the skillet, followed by shredded mozzarella.
  7. Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
