Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add the gnocchi, cooking until they float.
- Drain the gnocchi in a colander.
- Mince the garlic and sauté it in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the drained gnocchi to the skillet and sauté until golden brown on the outside.
- Pour in the pasta sauce and add the frozen chopped greens, stirring to combine and heating through.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the skillet, followed by shredded mozzarella.
- Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
