Instant Pot Southern Collard Greens

Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to the Sauté function and heat the olive oil.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, then stir in the minced garlic.
- Layer half of the collard greens into the pot, followed by the smoked turkey leg, and then add the remaining greens.
- Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle the Creole seasoning on top.
- Seal the lid on the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the steam.
- Remove the turkey leg, shred the meat, and return it to the pot.
- Stir the collard greens and serve.
