Instructions
- 1. Set up a double boiler by placing a glass or metal bowl over a pot of gently simmering water.
- 2. Add the chocolate and butter to the bowl and melt, whisking until smooth.
- 3. Remove from heat and whisk in the corn syrup until the glaze is smooth and glossy.
- 4. Pour the glaze over cakes, cookies, or use as a coating for fruits and nuts.
- 5. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
