The Tartar Sauce

mayonnaise

finely chopped dill pickles

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- Pat the fish dry with a paper towel and cut it into pieces.
- In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs and in another dish, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up an assembly line with fish, egg wash, breading, and baking pan.
- Dip each fish piece in the egg wash, then coat with the breading and place it on the prepared pan.
- Spray the breaded fish sticks with cooking spray and bake for 8 minutes.
- Flip the fish sticks, spray again, and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes, broiling for 1-2 minutes if desired for extra crispiness.
- While the fish is baking, mix all tartar sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Serve the baked fish sticks warm with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
