Instructions
- Thaw the fish if frozen and pat dry to remove moisture.
- Cut the fish into sticks approximately 3 inches long and ½-inch wide.
- Prepare the breading by mixing flour with 1 tsp of seasoning in one bowl, whisking the eggs in another bowl, and combining panko breadcrumbs with the remaining seasoning in a third bowl.
- Bread the fish by dipping each stick into the flour, then the eggs, and finally the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the fish sticks in batches for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the fried fish sticks to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool before serving.
