Key Lime Tartlets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks until blended.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, powdered sugar, and lime zest to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Spoon the batter into the mini tarts, filling them nearly to the top.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the custard has set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with key lime coins.
