Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until combined.
- Add key lime juice and lime zest, whisking until slightly thickened.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool the pie to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream, lime zest, and lime twist before serving.
