Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice.
- Distribute the mixture evenly among the graham cracker crusts.
- Place the tart pans on a baking sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Before serving, add a dollop of sweetened whipped cream.
