Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Add butter and pulse until coarsely cut in.
- 2. Add egg yolk gradually, pulsing after each addition until the dough forms clumps. Knead gently to form a ball.
- 3. Butter a 9-inch tart pan and press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and egg yolks in a bowl until smooth.
- 5. Pour the filling into the tart shell and bake until the filling is set around the edges, about 30 minutes.
- 6. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
