Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Make the crust by pulsing graham crackers and macadamia nuts in a food processor until coarse crumbs form. Mix in sugar and melted butter, then press into a pie dish.
- Pre-bake the crust for 8 minutes.
- For the filling, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest.
- Pour the filling into the warm crust and bake for 18–20 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool the pie completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish as desired before serving.
