Pistachio Latte

pitted (or use 1½ tablespoons maple syrup)

hot brewed coffee
Instructions
- Blend the pistachios, water, and dates (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Cover the vent of your blender loosely with a towel to allow steam to escape.
- Add the brewed coffee to the blender and blend again.
- Adjust sweetness to taste, adding more maple syrup or coffee if desired.
- Strain the latte through a fine mesh sieve if necessary.
- Serve warm immediately.
