Ingredients

  • ¾ cup blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 4 pieces pitted dates

Instructions

  1. Make your coffee or tea.
  2. Add blanched almonds, hemp seeds, and water to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
  5. Set the almond meal aside for later use.
  6. Add the nut milk back to the blender with pitted dates and puree until smooth.
  7. Pour your coffee or tea into a mug and add the nut milk on top, aiming for a 1:1 ratio.
