Instructions
- Wash and chop or tear the swiss chard leaves and finely cut the stems.
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon dressing ingredients.
- Dress the salad and toss, adjusting the dressing as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add nuts or seeds and optional cheese.
