Instructions
- Wash and dry the Swiss chard leaves, then chop them finely and place in a large salad bowl.
- Add the chopped oranges and pumpkin seeds to the bowl.
- In a small dish, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, cumin, and optional salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Toss the vinaigrette into the salad to combine and tenderize the greens.
- Set aside or chill for about 30 minutes, then toss again before serving.
