Instructions
- Trim the stems from the Swiss chard and blanch the leaves in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer to an ice bath.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and adjust thickness with apple juice if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine the slaw ingredients and mix well with the dressing.
- Place ¼ to ⅓ cup of the slaw mix at the top edge of each chard leaf, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.
- Store wrapped chard in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
