Instructions
- Prepare the Sriracha sauce by mixing the ingredients together and setting aside.
- Soak the walnuts in hot water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
- In a food processor, combine the walnuts and other walnut meat ingredients, pulsing until minced but not mushy.
- Incorporate the Sriracha sauce into the walnut mixture.
- Assemble the wraps by placing walnut meat mixture on a swiss chard leaf, adding shredded carrots, cabbage, sesame seeds, and scallions.
- Roll up the leaf to form a wrap and enjoy.
