The wrap

  • 1 large rainbow swiss chard leaf

The filling

  • ΒΌ cup hummus
  • to taste veggies for topping (such as tomato, cucumber, onion)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the swiss chard, then chop off the stem and shave the thicker part of the stem for easier rolling.
  2. Spread hummus in the center of the chard leaf.
  3. Top with your choice of veggies.
  4. Wrap the chard leaf around the filling and enjoy, securing with toothpicks or parchment if desired.
