Instructions
- Rinse and dry the swiss chard, then chop off the stem and shave the thicker part of the stem for easier rolling.
- Spread hummus in the center of the chard leaf.
- Top with your choice of veggies.
- Wrap the chard leaf around the filling and enjoy, securing with toothpicks or parchment if desired.
