The dressing

Instructions
- Wash and dry the chard, remove the stems, and shred the leaves into ribbons.
- Warm ¼ cup of olive oil in a skillet, add the bread crumbs, and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper flakes, then remove from heat.
- Zest the lemon into the chard bowl, juice the lemon, and whisk in the remaining olive oil and salt.
- Add Parmesan and toss with the chard and dressing, then mix in the toasted bread crumbs.
