Ingredients

The base

  • cup blanched almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

The wet ingredients

  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The mix-ins

  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup blanched slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, mix grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  4. Add the shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers, and raisins to the mixture.
  5. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with grapeseed oil.
  6. Press the dough into the baking dish, wetting your hands to help pat it down evenly.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 2 hours before serving.
