Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add in the coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers, and raisins.
- Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with grapeseed oil.
- Press the dough into the baking dish, using wet hands to help flatten it evenly.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 2 hours before serving.
