Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the margarine or butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
- Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and toffee bits.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then remove from sheets to wire racks to cool completely.
