Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball, placing them on the cookie sheet.
- Press the dough balls down slightly with a fork.
- Bake for about 6 minutes until the cookies are slightly springy and the edges darken.
- Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
