Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix 2 mashed bananas, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla for the chocolate batter, then add melted coconut oil and dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, repeat the mixing process for the banana muffin batter.
- Scoop each batter into the muffin tin and swirl them together with a knife.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
