Banana Muffin Mix

  • 2 pieces bananas, mashed
  • 1 piece egg
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. In a bowl, mix 2 mashed bananas, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla for the chocolate batter, then add melted coconut oil and dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, repeat the mixing process for the banana muffin batter.
  5. Scoop each batter into the muffin tin and swirl them together with a knife.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
