Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 2 minutes until tender, then let it sit for 10 minutes and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 8 small rectangular portions and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
