Instructions
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 2-3 minutes until tender, then set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the shredded onion, golden flaxseed meal, garlic salt, egg, and one egg white.
- Once cooled, drain the cauliflower rice by squeezing it in a cheesecloth or towel to remove excess moisture.
- Combine the drained cauliflower with the other ingredients in the bowl. If the mixture doesn't hold together, add another egg white.
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Form tablespoon-sized patties from the mixture and place them in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
