Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower and mix it with salt, letting it sit for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out the moisture from the cauliflower and combine it with chopped onions in a bowl.
- Add almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and lemon pepper to the mixture and mix well.
- Incorporate the eggs into the mixture until fully combined.
- For the skillet method, heat oil in a frying pan and scoop out batter to form fritters, cooking for 3 minutes on each side.
- For the oven method, preheat to 400°F, shape the batter into circles on parchment-lined sheets, and bake for 10-12 minutes on each side.
