Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grate the cauliflower and mix it with salt, letting it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the moisture from the cauliflower and combine it with chopped onions in a bowl.
  3. Add almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and lemon pepper to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the eggs into the mixture until fully combined.
  5. For the skillet method, heat oil in a frying pan and scoop out batter to form fritters, cooking for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. For the oven method, preheat to 400°F, shape the batter into circles on parchment-lined sheets, and bake for 10-12 minutes on each side.
