Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 2 minutes and let it cool on a towel for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cooled cauliflower using the towel.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and then add the cheeses and spices, mixing well.
- Incorporate the cauliflower into the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions, shape them into patties, and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, then broil on low for 5 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
