Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower and mix it with salt, letting it sit for 10 minutes.
- Chop the onions and place them in a bowl.
- Squeeze out the moisture from the cauliflower and add it to the bowl with the onions.
- Mix in the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and lemon pepper.
- Add the eggs and mix until well incorporated.
- For the skillet method, heat oil in a frying pan, scoop out batter, flatten it, and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- For the oven method, preheat to 400°F, flatten the batter on parchment-lined sheets, and bake for 10-12 minutes on each side.
