Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and rice them using a food processor.
- Mix all ingredients except avocado oil and toppings in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties by squeezing and flattening them.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked fritters to a paper towel-lined plate and serve with toppings.
