Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup gluten-free tamari
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve or other sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to one week.
