Instructions
- Add garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Alternatively, finely mince garlic and grate ginger, then mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- For the glass jar method, add minced garlic and grated ginger to a jar, then add all other ingredients and shake until well mixed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
