Asian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, finely mince garlic and grate ginger, then mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. For the glass jar method, add minced garlic and grated ginger to a jar, then add all other ingredients and shake until well mixed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
