Ingredients

The peppers

  • ½ lb shishito peppers

The seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste sea salt

The skewers

  • 2 skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer the peppers on both ends with two skewers for easier flipping.
  3. Drizzle the peppers with olive oil.
  4. Prepare the grill for medium direct heat and oil the grill grates.
  5. Grill the peppers for a few minutes on each side until blistered and charred.
  6. Remove from the grill, add more olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
