The skewers
Instructions
- Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the peppers on both ends with two skewers for easier flipping.
- Drizzle the peppers with olive oil.
- Prepare the grill for medium direct heat and oil the grill grates.
- Grill the peppers for a few minutes on each side until blistered and charred.
- Remove from the grill, add more olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
