Ingredients

The peppers

  • 12 ounces shishito peppers
  • Sea salt to taste

The marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons lite soy sauce or Tamari

The topping

  • ΒΌ cup roughly chopped Blue Diamond Sriracha Almonds

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Toss the shishito peppers in this mixture until well coated.
  3. 3. Grill the peppers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and blistered.
  4. 4. Place the grilled peppers in a serving bowl, season with sea salt, and top with Sriracha Almonds. Serve immediately.
