Instructions
- 1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
- 2. Add the shishito peppers to the dry skillet in a single layer.

- 4. Drizzle the cooked peppers with toasted sesame oil and sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds.
