Blistered Shishito Peppers

Instructions
- Toss the Shishito peppers with oil and salt to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the peppers, blistering them while tossing every 3 minutes until they soften.
- Remove the peppers and crisp the garlic in the same pan, adding more oil if needed until golden.
- Add the peppers back to the pan, drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce, and toss well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with Furikake seasoning.
