Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash the shishito peppers and place them whole in a baking dish.
- Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic, then drizzle over the peppers and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the peppers.
- Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
- Serve immediately.
