Grilled Shishito Peppers with Lemon and Cilantro

The marinade

Instructions
- Clean the shishito peppers and place them in a large bowl.
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the marinade over the peppers and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and place the peppers on a grilling basket.
- Grill the peppers for about 8 minutes, turning frequently until browned on all sides.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
