20-Minute Rice Cooker Quinoa

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
- Spray the bottom of the rice cooker with olive oil.
- Add the rinsed quinoa to the rice cooker.
- Pour in 2 cups of liquid (broth, juice, or water).
- Turn on the rice cooker and cook for 15 minutes using the white rice setting.
- Once done, unplug the rice cooker and let it sit for an additional 5 minutes.
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
