Instructions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan and cook until they start to brown.
- In a small bowl, mix spices with lime juice and melted butter.
- Once the peppers and onions are browned, add mushrooms and the spice mixture.
- Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes and serve with warm tortillas and toppings.
