The vegetables

The seasoning

  • ¼ cup sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced peppers, onions, oregano, and salt to the skillet.
  3. Cook while tossing occasionally until the vegetables are slightly softened but still tender-crisp, about 7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
