Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Lay bacon strips on the baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 12 to 20 minutes.
- Drain the bacon on paper towels and chop it.
- For the eggs, boil water in a pot, add eggs, cover, and cook for 14 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to ice water, let cool, then peel and chop them.
- In a large salad bowl, layer the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Top the lettuce with chopped bacon, eggs, grape tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and blue cheese.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad before serving.
