Ingredients

The marinade

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

The skewers

  • 1 lb lamb loin, boneless
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red onion quartered

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients.
  2. Cut the lamb into bite-sized cubes and place in a shallow bowl.
  3. Pour the marinade over the lamb and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Discard the marinade.
  6. Thread the lamb and vegetables onto eight skewers.
  7. Place the lamb kabobs onto the hot grill and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning regularly to ensure all sides are cooked.
