Instructions
- Blend the blueberries and honey for the compote and simmer on the stove until thickened.
- In a blender, puree the eggs, coconut flour, honey, ghee or coconut oil, white beans, vanilla extract, sea salt, vanilla liquid stevia, baking soda, and baking powder until smooth.
- Preheat the waffle maker to medium/high and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
