Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium heat.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add wet ingredients except for the coconut oil.
- Partially melt the coconut oil and mix it into the batter until smooth.
- Spray the waffle iron with coconut oil cooking spray, scoop in about ⅔ cup of batter, close the waffle iron, flip, and cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Enjoy your waffles!
