Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch loaf pan or cake tin with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour and vanilla protein powder.
- In a separate bowl, melt peanut butter and brown rice syrup together.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully incorporated, adding milk if needed.
- Pour the batter into the lined pan and press firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over the fudge.
- Let the chocolate set before slicing and serving.
