Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add honey, eggs, milk, and melted butter; whisk together without overmixing.
- Gently fold in the mashed bananas.
- Heat a griddle or pan over medium-high heat and coat with butter.
- Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
- Serve with warm maple syrup and fresh fruit, and freeze leftovers if desired.
