Smoked Cheddar Jalapeño Bacon Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 slices uncured bacon
  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1-2 pieces jalapeño peppers
  • 2 cups plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
  3. Add jalapeños and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in the white wine and mix well.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients, reserving half of the bacon, and reduce heat to medium.
  6. Cook until the cream cheese and shredded cheeses melt.
  7. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the mixture into it.
  8. Top with the reserved crumbled bacon.
  9. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese bubbles.
  10. Let cool before serving.
