Ingredients

  • 4 slices uncured bacon
  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1-2 pieces jalapeño peppers
  • 2 cups plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
  3. Add chopped jalapeños and cook until soft.
  4. Pour in the white wine and stir.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients, reserving half of the bacon, and reduce heat to medium.
  6. Cook until the cream cheese and shredded cheeses have melted.
  7. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the mixture into it.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon on top.
  9. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Cool before serving.
