Smoked Cheddar Jalapeño Popper Bacon Cheese Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
- Add chopped jalapeños and cook until soft.
- Pour in the white wine and stir.
- Add the remaining ingredients, reserving half of the bacon, and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook until the cream cheese and shredded cheeses have melted.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the mixture into it.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Cool before serving.
