Jalapeno Popper Dip with Bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise or sour cream until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapenos, and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray and spoon the cream cheese mixture into it, smoothing the top.
- In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter until combined.
- Sprinkle the panko mixture on top of the dip.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with bacon, sliced jalapenos, and chopped cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.
