Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, blueberries, and lemon zest in a jar or bowl.
- Stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- When ready to serve, stir the mixture again and serve cold or at room temperature. Add any desired toppings.
